"It is a beautiful hotel, an oasis, rooms in an orchard of palm trees. The only thing needed is that some rooms needs certain repairs and updates. The cobra palm tree is a must see."

"I usually stay here as it is convenient for my clients and close to the airport. It’s well priced and food is good. Only negatives are - no international news programmes - climate control wasn’t working But I’ll be back! "

"Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."

"This is a simple hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the mattress was firm, which I like. It was cool at night, but I found a blanket in the closet. I turned on the air conditioner to warm it up a bit.The airport is close.I didn't have any problems."

"Excellent complex with all the facilities you need. Nice pool, 2 x Jacuzzi and Pool bar. Would recommend this property Booking through Hotels was simple and follow up from Alejandra we superb. Easy access to the super beach Most of the local restaurants had started to close down early November so be aware of this. "

"Great hotel near airport where to can be in a 2 bus stops and under €2 . Comfy clean rooms and safe area. Recommend for affordable option to spend a night to catch an early flight. Busses start working around 8 if not taxi is €18 to airport. Hope this helps "

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and they served a great breakfast. The room was clean and it was fairly easy to hop on a bus and tour around."

"We were a party of 10 with 2 families. The property is spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty room for all of us. The location is great for exploring, and really peaceful. We were slightly worried by reviews about the air con but found the whole house stayed cool with just one air con in the back kitchen and the shutters closed during the day and we just used bedroom air con in evenings for sleeping. "Hotel was situated in a quiet area but close enough to the beach,supermarket and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Buffet breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was included and good value with something for everyone. Evening meal was €20 per person but again you could eat as much as you wanted . Note that they do charge for water in the evening. The pool area is lovely with good sunbeds. Used the sky bar too with a small pool on the roof and comfortable seating. I travelled with a friend so we had a twin room which was clean and comfortable with memory foam mattresses and walk in shower which was hit and powerful. Disappointed that we didn't get a balcony as the hotel wasn't full and it would have been a nice touch by the hotel to upgrade us. They offered but wanted €60 so we refused . Bar staff were fab. Would stay again "

"This is simply an outstanding hotel. Beautifully maintained. Excellent rooms and great staff. Only negative comment is the bed comfort was not great - I had to use the spare duvet to provide a more comfortable experience to sleep on. "
