"We loved the beautiful views and excellent service at this hotel. Breakfast is included and is a wonderful buffet of freshly baked pastries, bread, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, cheeses, yogurt, and granola. Our grandson loved the pancakes! Everyone is welcoming! The wine vending machine is a fun way to try different kinds of wine to enjoy at outdoor tables overlooking the lake. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a huge balcony that we enjoyed daily. It is a 20 minute or so walk into town and the return is an incline, so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but we loved it. There are no taxis or Uber services available. We would gladly return to this bit of paradise!!"

"The ambience is absolutely fantastic, everything I thought a Bellagio hotel would be. The staff spoke excellent English which was very helpful! The restaurant was great especially with the welcoming champagne. Could not have chosen a better place! It was quiet hotel so we did not have to worry about people keeping us up at night. We were able to keep our windows open with fresh air. The AC did not work, it blew hot air but luckily the weather was fabulous. The ceiling fan was tricky too by pressing the button gently. Overall those things did not stop us from loving it, the only thing that could have improved is if we had more time to stay another night. The balcony views you will fall in love!"

"Very happy with the stay. Although a very short stop over for the night, wonderful hotel, clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Friendly service as soon as we arrived and throughout. "Wonderful setting perched above Lake Como with fabulous views and balconies. The restaurant was glass enclosed and also offered breathtaking views. Nice breakfast buffet which was included in our stay. The dinner menu was somewhat limited and price; advertised as “fine dining”. There were a few reasonable and good restaurants within walking distance, but it’s very tricky and potentially dangerous walking along the narrow road with no sidewalks. Staff was outstanding and helpful in every way. We used the ferry to get around the lake, with the dock about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Loved the hotel and location!"
