"My husband and I only stayed for one night while visiting Lake Como in late October. This is low season so some businesses are already closed for the season. The property is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry stop, and it’s all uphill. However, once you get there they do give you a short cut, but it’s still quite a walk and mostly stairs. "I stayed from 15th to 21st September in this SoloSonno hotel. Owner and other staffs were very kind. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The hotel place was very convenient to go to University and the city centre. I can recommend this hotel stay to many people. If I will come to Polimi Uni Lecco campus to perform the collaboration research, I will stay at this hotel. Thank you!"

"What an amazing village the pizza restaurant was excellent too. The couple who run the hotel were amazing and the room was extremely clean and spacious. It had a lovely balcony with seats to soak up the panoramic view."

"Nice room in a cute complex. No wifi made it difficult. Sheets not included and had to pay extra for them. Good kitchen utensils but no dish soap, so cleaning was difficult. No extra toilet paper provided during a 4 day stay. We had a good time but would have appreciated a few more amenities. "

"This is simply stunning bed and breakfast. But that’s it. Mountain View in Lecco. Immaculate place with zero room amenities. A common area for use at certain times and a beautiful pool. Breakfast one hour only, we didn’t take it as it’s served too late. Many rules including no eating in a room with no fridge or coffee maker. 20 min drive to Lecco Centro and 45 mins to como. "

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, hell und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist vielleicht ein bisschen problematisch, wenn man ohne Auto ist, aber man braucht ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen um Zentrum zu erreichen. Ehrlich gesagt, uns hat das nicht gestört. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Man kann da alles finden. Die Natur in der Umgebung ist wunderbar. Empfehlenswert wirklich. "

"- The appartment is too far from varenna (you have to walk 30mn on the cliff to reach varenna which is dangerous) and the transport is not really available there, so we had to take taxis (this costed us around 30Euros per day and limited our flexibility as taxis are really rare especially at night) , if you want to visit varenna pay more and prefer an appartment in varenna than perledo - we didn't see the host, he wasn't there in the check-in nor in the check-out... we left cleaning fees on the...

"The hotel claimed i had no reservation despite me showing proof in paper and app form fully paid prior to arrival.The hotel manager was so rude told me it was my problem and said she didnt do business with Hoyels.com. She spoke over the phone and refused to meet me, she offered me a room but said i would have to pay again! Got Hotels.com to intervene, they sorted it but took 90mins and go no appology from manager. Never book accomodation with My Rooms again, Rude Arrogant and incomputent....
