"Great and a good value."

"The unit is new and nicely done. The area is Ok. The bedrooms are large enough, the kitchen very nice. There was enough room for the 7 adults who stayed here for 2 nights. The only negative is there are floodlights on other properties that shine in the windows, some draperies would help (just blinds now). More towels and pillows for the pull out bed would be helpful. The owner was attentive to my messages. Overall I would recommend!"

"The house was ok. It definitely sleeps 6 . But there is one tiny couch that smells. No other seating except an office chair and the kitchen table chairs, I could honestly say the house itself was clean . The other problem is the apartments beside the house. On my very first day there the man in the apartment stood out front and peed. That was a little scary. Especially since I know he knew I could see him. "

"The home was nicely decorated for Christmas which we appreciated. The master bed was very low to the ground which wasnt real easy to get out of for an older couple. We enjoyed the large dining room table to allow for family meals and games."

The air conditioning made the home very comfortable. A few small items for your review: The outlets in master bathroom do not work. I had not received and communication regarding check in. I send 2 messages and did not get any response from the property manager. I called the VRBO phone number and found out the 2nd payment had not been...

"This is a beautiful home in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The pool and floaties were a huge plus on the several 105 + degree days during my stay. The house is close to town for shopping and dining. The only surprise was no coffee-maker, but there was a tea kettle and an abundant supply of instant coffee, creamer, and sugar. Just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay again!"
