"This house was convenient for travel to both Sequoia Natl Park and Kings Canyon. Kitchen was stocked with just the basics but was adequate. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Carpet and couch could use an update. Plenty of space to spread out and it was so nice to have access to the neighborhood pool. Host was very attentive and willing to help if we needed anything."

No other seating except an office chair and the kitchen table chairs, I could honestly say the house itself was clean . The other problem is the apartments beside the house. On my very first day there the man in the apartment stood out front and peed. That was a little scary. Especially since I know he knew I could see him. "

"This is a beautiful home in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The pool and floaties were a huge plus on the several 105 + degree days during my stay. The house is close to town for shopping and dining. The only surprise was no coffee-maker, but there was a tea kettle and an abundant supply of instant coffee, creamer, and sugar. Just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay again!"

"A group of colleagues and I stayed for a week in Visalia to complete a project. This was a much more comfortable experience than a hotel, and gave everyone privacy (size of the home), and a chance to socialize as we saw fit. It was great!"

"I enjoyed staying in this property. Lot’s of room inside for our group of ten. The area is super quite and close supermarket, gas stations and restaurants. Communication was perfect on any questions that I had. "

"We bought a new coffee pot, the one there didn’t work. The washer and dryer doors need to be fixed. The shower is small. Your yard man just blows the dirt around. I would say a waste of time. "

"I am going to guess that the property mgmt. company is slowly rejuvenating this house. It looks as though it is being slowly updated. A deep clean, coat of fresh paint and fixing some things up, would help this house get to the next level. Pro's: The house is large and has a lovely back yard. An entire eco-system is back there with snails, bees, birds, etc. Good spot to bring a dog for some back yard fun. Pool table was cool. Con's: Primary bedroom (king size bed) is a back breaker. "Rented this for family attending our daughter's wedding in Exeter. This was the perfect location and the perfect size. The parking is a great bonus, no hassle. House has "good bones". Thank you to the management team for a great experience."

"Pros: The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and neat and all was easy to use. Loads of amenities. The location was great for us to get to all the places we needed to be (Visalia, Woodlake, Sequoia Natl Park, Exeter). Con’s: The only con would be the barking dogs next door. Not anything that can be controlled by the property owner. We didn’t have children trying to sleep so we dealt with it. It was annoying, but did not greatly impact our stay. Overall a lovely stay!"
