"The host Allen was great! He stayed in communication with us and even offered to turn on the heater for us because we weren’t expected to get in until about 10pm. When we arrived the thermostat was showing that it was heating but the vents were blowing cold air and the inside temp read 61. I set the thermostat to 72 and waited about and hour and the temp had gone down to 60. Sent Allen a message through the app, not expecting a response due to how late it was. "The staff is professional and polite. I enjoyed the pool, and the room was lovely. I also like the gift store and restaurant. I was disappointed the hot tub didn't work however. It was my first visit and it was great. I especially loved sitting on balcony listening to the birds. I love the gardens and fountains. This place is the tops. "
