"Great no frills accomodation but in a great location for all the local facilties and nightlife. Stayed there several times and can't grumble. Be nice if there was somewhere to stores/hang clothes etc in the room but no dramas living out a bag for 2 days. "

"Not sure they react to what's booked with Expedia etc but after hiccup. It was alright and breakfast is free. Free tea and Internet. Beds were good enough and showers were good. Next to by byker station also, the area ain't up market but the hostel is cheap and serves a purpose,"

"Decent location. Nice room but bathroom needs some care, lots of mould in shower and cleaning in corners not the best. Tv remote ran out of batteries and instead of getting it changed as we were told it would be we had to go down to reception 4 times to get one that worked. Coffee and croissants in morning a nice touch. "

"Although basic was warm and comfy there was hairs all over the bathroom and bed from previous person sockets were in odd place and roller blind didn’t work didn’t spoil my stay though I found it pleasant enough easy check in was taken to room explained codes previous reviews said noisy doors slamming ect traffic noise I didn’t experience any of this found it easy to sleep and quiet great location and easy to find "
