"The house is beautiful and includes almost everything you need. We took our parents that are 87 & 93 years old and I did not realize it is not handicap accessible. They struggled with the steps at the front of the house. They also struggled with the living room furniture. The sofas have seen better days and hard to get out of. A great place for a large group but not the elderly. "

"We had a Fantastic time for our vacation weekend at the Crazy Coconut. The house is beautiful and everything is updated and brand new. The hosts were very friendly and so easy to communicate with. We hope to return many times and felt like welcomed guests as opposed to renters using the property. Highly recommend and Incredible view of the bay!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been perfect. The house is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you could need. The garden is, for me, the best part and we had many nights BBQing, relaxing in the chairs and watching fireflies. The host is lovely and very responsive. The property location is great, there is lots to do in the local area and easy access to both the North and South Forks of the Hamptons. We can't wait to come again next year....

"Great location. Great house. Close to ocean and bay. House was fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could make large family meals. Two nice sized bedrooms. Third small bedroom had 4 bunk-style twin beds. Fourth bed was a loft accessible by ladder. "
