"Fantastic, we will be back! Spacious and comfortable! Helpful and friendly staff! Clean towels without asking on the second day (after one night). One little thing that was irritating.. whilst ordering food in their restaurant, we was asked if we want bacon and cheese on our burger, we accepted not realising or told that they add extra payments for what they were asking. We found out when we got the bill. They should be explaining there is a charge for extra if they are going to offer it. Overall other than the restaurant, it was a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again if in Manchester. The cricket ground view from our room was fantastic!! Free Wi-Fi, sky sports on the TVs in the rooms! I could go on and on… GREAT! Thanks. "

"Lovely overnight stay ahead of an event at the close by Manchester central. Hotel room was very nice, comfy bed. Bathroom clean and toiletries provided. We did self check in but there were staff helping other guests. We had very noisy neighbours but still managed to sleep well. Would stay again"

"Checked in the hotel, staff were, very welcoming and instructive. Though we were directed to use one lift as the other was not functioning properly, both of them werent working so had to use the stairs. Other then that our stay here was nice and confortable. Love the artwork over the bed too."
