"We had a wonderful Christmas at the farmhouse! With the snowy landscape, it was magical, beautiful. The house is so charming, and the host had decorated it for Christmas. I expected it to be very cold as the temps were in the low teens, but the owner had taken extra steps to keep us warm. It's nice to have access to extra towels, blankets, plenty of throws, and other amenities. We had our daughter's wedding there -- just family -- and Scott bent over backward to help us. "This house was close to the village yet you felt like you were in your own private world. We all enjoyed the heated pool which was especially nice since we hit a chilly week. The house was very clean and functioned perfectly for our family of 4. The hosts have a gem of a property here and we hope there is availability next year!"

"What a great place to stay. Cooperstown a short 12 minutes away and right on the awesome Lake Otsego and, it was surprisingly warmer then I thought it would be. And the four bedrooms and party deck are outstanding for a big group. Very nice."
