"Stayed here last fri night and checked out saturday. The hotel is a bit dated but manageable for the price. The staff we interacted with were all absolutely fantastic! Very feiendly and welcoming. Saw no bedbugs or signs of bedbugs so 5 stars for that. We enjoyed our short stay gere and would definitely stay here again. Thanks! "

"The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. The hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. When I told the staff member who checked me in that I was traveling with my elderly mother he offered a room on the 1st floor without me even asking. That was greatly appreciated."

"My experience at the Holiday inn Cookeville was absolutely incredible. I was blown away by the hospitality of the front desk representatives and even the 1091 rooftop restaurant. My waitress Sarah took care of me the night that I checked in and she made me feel welcome even though it was only a matter of an hour before the restaurant would get ready to close. She made sure that I was comfortable and overall had an amazing personality. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I got a one bedroom Queen for myself and it was still more than enough space for me not to feel crammed. The shower is probably my favorite part. The bedding was very comfortable and allowed me to rest after a long drive from South Carolina. I didn't have any problems with noise, but one thing I do have to know is that the walls are pretty thin so if you do have another guess that's listening to music or moving around you will probably hear that but overall it was not a thing that ruined my experience. I am definitely making this my destination for when I visit tennessee! "
