For a cheap motel, it's pretty decent. Cookeville is pretty much a s**t hole, so there's no reason to pay for fancy hotel

The person at check in (I can't remember her name) was great! She also gave us the number for Cheap ride which saved us money on our adventures. We really appreciated that. The room was great! All in all great experience.

Bed was comfy and everything worked as it should. Fridge was a little unstable, but worked fine. Floor was clean but sounded "crunchy" when you walked on certain areas of it. I did not have my dog with me but was happy to see they are very pet friendly.
