"Overall this is a good place to stay. Huge home with lots of space to spread out. A number of things were marked broken or unusable in the house but that did not affect our stay much. This would easily be a 5 star with a few updates and repairs. "

"Need some repairs and improvements: Outside: the deck has boards raised above the deck more than a quarter inch. Weeds growing through the steps and others should be trimmed out. some black mold on the deck chairs. Inside was very nice, but faucet in the kitchen need repair- hard to shut off completely. The stairway to basement had no railing which surprised us. Its a good comfortable property, but could an excellent property. We did enjoy it! Thank you"

"A very nice house, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Well furnished with comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen (my wife and our oldest son are accomplished cooks.) Close to Giant's Ridge, where we were skiing, and there are several nice bars and restaurants right along Broadway in Gilbert. "

"We had everything we needed. The pool table was a hit with everyone. The area just got about 7 inches of fresh snow the day before we arrived and we spent a day at Giants Ridge and the rest of the time just hanging out at the house. We enjoyed walking through the woods on the trails. Would definitely go back if we went to the area again."

"Spent a winter weekend with kids and grandkids, we loved the house. The large dining table was great for games and meals together. The bunk room was a huge hit, watched several movies on the big screen, played games, and all of the grandkids had their personal space. The four other bedrooms provided plenty of room for the adults. The only problem we had was getting in the driveway during a snowstorm as there is a hill and a curve to negotiate.
