"Wonderful historic building with beautiful interiors. The gardens were vast if you wanted a walk. Very kindly let me order room service. Great shower/toiletries/tea/coffee etc. business travel is rarely a treat but this one felt like a little mini break. Would definitely book again "

"My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected. We had a large bedroom with a full bath. Plenty of electrical outlets, a kettle with an array of coffee and tea and plenty of extra blankets. It was canceled at my presence at the hotel upon agreement with the General Manager of the hotel on the day of lodging because they cannot meet my requirement of a bathtub-room and asked additional fee of 80 pounds for the room having a bathtub in bathroom.
