"This hotel defied my expectations. After staying in brand hotels for the majority of my week long stay in the UK, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Great parking considering the area, warm service, and excellent room design and cleanliness that felt like staying at grandma's house in the best of ways, the only exception being the wonderfully modernized bathrooms. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the wonderful little spot that Conwy is."

"Wonderful historic building with beautiful interiors. The gardens were vast if you wanted a walk. Very kindly let me order room service. Great shower/toiletries/tea/coffee etc. business travel is rarely a treat but this one felt like a little mini break. Would definitely book again "

"My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected. We had a large bedroom with a full bath. Plenty of electrical outlets, a kettle with an array of coffee and tea and plenty of extra blankets.
