"I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!"

"This apartment was in a wonderful location near the water, restaurants and food shopping. Plenty of parking and convenient to the apartment. The apartment had everything you’d need for cooking, laundry and restful spaces. There was a cute porch with a view of a small chapel, a castle and the lake if you stood close to the railing. This location was so beautiful and restful. A great getaway for a couple!"

"The place was great. On point to the review online everything in place, clean, lots of free space for big families. Quiet and beautiful view. Amazing owners that helped us a lot in every way we needed. The only downside I think about is the mattress being quite old, older folks with back problems we had a hard time to sleep and wake up. "We had a wonderful stay at Casa Azalea! The check in process was easy, there is a walk down to the property like other reviews have mentioned, so be aware! Great communication, great suggestions for food or things to do in the area too. The property is beautiful, spacious, and clean! It has a beautiful view of the lake that we loved! "We had a very nice stay in this well located home. It is close to the ferry landing so you can hop on the ferry and visit other towns on the lake. The deck is amazing with great views. The town has a couple of fantastic restaurants. If you decide to stay be sure to bring soap and shampoo. Also, if you drive a car, parking is limited for a larger car. There is a parking spot at the bottom of the drive that works if it’s available. You’ll love this place! "

"We were two couples who stayed 5 days at this propery. It was clean and comfortable, and perfect for exploring the area, but just a bit difficult to find. I would book it again if coming to Lake Como. It would be helpful if the directions from the manager included the information that the unit has an assigned parking place, hidden behind a swing up door in the main garage, which is a common area for all units. It's a bit unclear upon arrival."

"The outlook is magnificent. Once you correctly negotiate the drive to the correct property, there is a pedestrian path down to the village which takes just over 10 minutes. The villa is spacious and eating in is a delight on the balcony. The wi-fi needs substantial improving but that was our only complaint. Very enjoyable. We are glad that we ignored some earlier negative reviews."
