"Great views from the balcony. Nice apartment for a couple on their own or maybe with children. TV could do with upgrading to a smart TV so as to enable Netflix etc. Has chromecast but worked intermittently. Very clean and modern."

"Abit of nightmare getting. From new part the old part of Benidorm. Had a o get taxi €12. Put kettle on and it fused all my he electric. No directing on how to use cooker. "Lovely property right on the beach in La Vila Joiosa which is a magical town. Good facilities, can sit on balcony and watch those swimming and be in the sea in a couple of minutes. Very quiet but the one bad feature is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. There is a streetlamp that is more like a searchlight that is on the external walk of the bedrooms. There are shutters but they are ineffective so bring your thick eyeshades. Putting up some dark curtains would make it 5*. Nonetheless we...

The balcony outside was great- ran the whole way down the side of the apartment so lots of space to hang towels as well as sit outside to enjoy the view. The apartment was clean and fresh with everything you need but no unwanted clutter. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool and comfortable. "The property is located amazingly! The view is spectacular and the apartment well kept. The only issue we had is that the floor had sand and it was dusty atound. I got charge a cleaning fee and the apartment wasn't. Other than that it was great."

"We stayed for two weeks at this very nice apartment, which is located close to everything - beach, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to the old town. Gerardo and Pilar were very helpful and nice, met us in person when we arrived, showed us everything and were available whenever we had any question. We would love to come back for sure."

"nicely appointed flat with everything needed for a 10 week stay.kitchen excellently equipped.WIFI excellent .lovely balcony with view of sea. it accommodated 6 guests comfortably with 1 double bedroom en suite Directions to flat confusing and offputting. Unexpected request to pay seperately for water and electricity after the flat was booked.We had to request additional bedding as we stayed 10 weeks and therefore needed to change sheets.This was delivered.
