"We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. My only comment is that while this was perfect now my children are in their 20s, if I’d have come when they...

"The villa is lovely and set in a great location. It’s walking distance to bars and restaurants and we often caught the bus which is a short walk away, into the old town. The pool was enjoyed by all and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The games room was a bit tired and we didn’t spend much time in there. There were a few outdoor areas we found that hadn’t been cleaned and a couple of issues but communication from Sue was very good. Overall we had a lovely holiday. "

"The villa is in a very quiet location and enjoys the sun from first light to sunset. A very pleasant and well maintained villa and grounds. The pool is not ideal for serious swimmers but great for young children as the shallow area is safe for them. Well equipped kitchen and extensive internal layout for when it rains"

"The property has plenty of space and is very well equipped overall. It needs a bit of maintenance as some of the decor looks a little faded, a couple of the doors stick and the mattress in the red bedroom was lumpy. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. "The villa was great. Quirky layout and lots of steps, so maybe not suitable for older people. Pool was fantastic, lots of outdoor places to sit, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The area is very quiet and the views from the upstairs covered terrace were amazing. We all had a fabulous time here."

"The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. The views from this property are unbelievable making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place. We sailed, fished, sunset catamaran, shopped...

"Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks ."
