"Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly."

"Had a great stay in the villa. Its situated in a quiet area which was great and the facilities were spot on, just as advertised (although the photos listed on the advertisment didnt do it justice). There were a couple of areas of maintainace that require sorting such as a loose door handle in tbe familly bedroom and a leaky air con unit in the living room but overall the villa is a very pleasent place to stay. We may be looking to book it again for next year."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. "This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations."

"Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues"

"We had a lovely stay with most of our time spent outside. The outdoor alcove is the perfect addition and even if chilly it was very comfortable to sit outside. Pool was beautiful and sun hit the patio at all times of the day. Perfect stay."

"The property has plenty of space and is very well equipped overall. It needs a bit of maintenance as some of the decor looks a little faded, a couple of the doors stick and the mattress in the red bedroom was lumpy. "
