"We booked a holiday originally at another hotel which was awful and dirty. The Port Benidorm was absolutely lovely. Very clean, beautiful room. The food was great and plenty of choices. Friendly, helpful staff. The spa is also fantastic."

"It was a delightful stay, apartment/room came complete with a fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. It felt like a cozy home away from home. However, the balcony terraces are not particularly private unless you’re staying on the highest floor. The only downside was that one of the central heating radiators was constantly on full blast, and there was no way to turn it down or off. It was quite hot for us, especially since we’re from the UK, but overall, it was a fantastic place. The staff was very helpful, and room service was only available once during our nine-day stay."

"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in….and I have stayed in great many. The food is delicious and there is a huge variety. Staff are attentive and extremely hard working. Rooms are lovely….book one with a sea view if possible. My partner uses a walking frame…the hotel and location are very disabled friendly…he had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Hopefully we will be back."

"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good. "
