"We stayed for Windrock and the trail is super easy to get to from the house. Roughly 20 min from the general Store if you run trail 23-22 with a little spirit. Very nice well setup "

Big Ponderosa, located on a spring-fed catch and release Bass fishing pond.

"The log home is charming and well equipped, with plenty of room to spread out. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, and worked hard to meet our needs. The upstairs suite is roomy and lovely, as well as the upstairs second room. Beds very comfy. The basement rooms are a bit of a work in progress, but cool and clean! Our only suggestion is to replace the squeaky bed frame in the lower bedroom!"

"We loved this place on the river. Yes, you can hear the traffic from the main road but it won’t stop us from coming back. Great location. We look forward to staying again."

"We rented this cabin for the weekend to go to a UT game. It was about 30 mins outside of Knoxville, but close enough to Maryville and Townsend to have food and entertainment. The cabin was big enough to accommodate 11 of us. Will definitely look to rent again the next game we go to."

"We stayed for a UT football game weekend. Great location to Knoxville and quiet and private! The house was very clean. The description mentioned extra sleeping accommodations which we thought were included based on pics. The front porch was so nice and we grilled steaks on the gas grill. We would definitely stay again! "

"The cabin was great and very nice. Only problem was the neighbors dogs kept coming over but they were friendly."

"The Little Ponderosa is a peaceful retreat. We enjoyed mornings on the porch swing listening to the rooster and watching the sunrise. There are lots of activities in the cabin and on site and it is close to Knoxville. We hope to be back. "
