"We always love coming to the resort and hotel. Although the front desk was not rude, mean or nasty they just were not very welcoming. Not a bad thing but our previous stays there the front desk has always been super sunny and friendly. Maybe just having an off day. But great place to stay.!!! "

"Just stayed 3 nights and it was great. Only problem was maid came late afternoon each day when we were already back for the night, so we just told her we didn't need her. Wish she would have come early while we were gone. Other than that everything was great!"

"I like the location, we liked the pool but the heater was broke so a little too cold which was one of the reasons we stayed here. But everyone super friendly and it was nice and quiet. Overall a good stay."

"we had a wonderful weekend in Knoxville. This place was as described, very clean and convenient to everything. Love how it has a modern feel, but they have kept some of the original features. I would definitely stay here again if I was over to be in Knoxville. "
