"Great place and location. Very welcoming The staff was Super Great The cabin was cozy and very roomy walking distance to the Frio river We would stay there again. The deer are very friendly bring deer corn or corn tortillas Cabin has everything to prepare meals on the stove."

"The property was close to Garner State Park and close to Leakey perfect getaway spot also, a short walk to the river on the property is very nice with metal benches to sit and view the Frio river."

It says pool and hot tub on the website...next time would you please clarify that you don't provide it in the winter or something. But it ended up not bothering us much. "Our family genuinely enjoyed our long weekend getaway to the Frio / Garner State Park through this cozy and cute rental! It was clean and well kept, spacious for kids to run around and play outside, and we enjoyed the short walk down to the stream several times. The fire pit could have been a little deeper (to keep it from being too hot to sit near on the stone benches that are provided) but otherwise the location and property itself was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to our friends! "

"We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. The condo was perfectly located and has beautiful views of the surrounding area! It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed! Check in and check out were as easy as can be, just know that cell signal for Verizon customers is almost non existant in this area! The wifi was really nice to have as well! All in all, I woukd recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!"
