"This cabin was bright and fresh looking. One of the cleanest I have been in on my travels through the hill country. We opted for the bedding, towels and extras for additional fee, which was well worth it. I wish I had remembered to bring a couple of camping chairs to set on while watching a movie when it was to cold to hike. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. A short distance trail led to the waterside that looked awesome for swimming. The host was excellent. About 35 miles to Lost Maples State Park. "

It says pool and hot tub on the website...next time would you please clarify that you don't provide it in the winter or something. But it ended up not bothering us much. We had a water baptism at the Frio River! It would be nice to have it in the pool too."

"Our family genuinely enjoyed our long weekend getaway to the Frio / Garner State Park through this cozy and cute rental! It was clean and well kept, spacious for kids to run around and play outside, and we enjoyed the short walk down to the stream several times. The fire pit could have been a little deeper (to keep it from being too hot to sit near on the stone benches that are provided) but otherwise the location and property itself was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to our friends! "

"We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. The condo was perfectly located and has beautiful views of the surrounding area! It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed! Check in and check out were as easy as can be, just know that cell signal for Verizon customers is almost non existant in this area! The wifi was really nice to have as well! All in all, I woukd recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!"

"We had a great time at the compound. Having two kitchens was a huge plus. 2 Bbq pits fire were great for steaks and dove poppers and pool and outdoor bar location worked out very well for our large group. We would definitely book again. "
