"Excellent and easy check in, evening meal was very nice and competitively priced. The Estrella was served at the perfect temperature 👍 the room was lovely and clean and the jelly babies were a fantastic treat 👍 only gripe was I couldn’t regulate the radiator which was on all night - the sash window came to the rescue and a cool breeze was present all night. "Good country pub accommodation. Access to upstairs rooms via narrow steep stairs so might be a challenge for some. Staff were great. Excellent food in the restaurant for dinner and a hearty breakfast is provided."

"Despite arriving late in the evening, I was made to feel welcome. The room was freshly redecorated, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. Staff all very friendly. I was told by the taxi driver how amazing the food is, but didn't get a chance to stay for dinner, maybe next time!"
