"Lovely, lovely hotel with beautifully helpful staff. We had to potentially extend our stay due to a flight change and this was made easier by thorough staff. The hotel is in a great position right near the Arab Quarter with lots of great dining. Bus stop right out the front. Great place to stay - just like to see more comfortable beds and pillows - bed too hard, pillow kinda weird to sleep on. Everything else perfect. "

"Super Great Service by the front desk staff. They were extremely cordial and accommodating upon my arrival at 5:45 AM from overnight international flights of 25 hours. They arranged an early check-in as a room was available. Sleep in the luxurious bed was much appreciated. The Fairmont property was well located and convenient to many areas we explored during my first trip to SIngapore. The property was connected to a shopping center and all the dining options available as a mini "Hawking Center" in the mall's basement levels. The MRT subway system station was also directly accessible with a station through the shopping center basement which we utilized during the trip."
