"Stayed 8 nights at this property in an executive room with lounge access (I visit Singapore regularly). The Pullman excels in its customer service. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast is excellent with various buffet stations and ready to order items (often pre-cooked but gladly made fresh for you). "The hotel is located centrally and was very close to shopping, a variety of restaurants, and public transportation. In fact, the MRT stations are very close to it. The hotel rooms are small though but is fine for travelers who just spend most of their time outside. TV cable/channel selection though is very limited."
