"This hotel is excellent for its price. It exceeded my expectations, and all the staff were friendly. The cozy spaces capture the local atmosphere beautifully while maintaining a stylish vibe. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was truly delightful. The view from the room was beautiful and peaceful. The room was spacious, and the separation of the bed, desk, and bathroom areas made it even more comfortable. If I visit Colmar again, I would definitely want to stay here once more."

The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. "This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"
