"We booked the flat 12 months prior to the date of arrival. The booking was accepted. Then the owner said he may have to put up the price as he had not reviewed the rates. "The apartment was wonderful and has everything you need. The location was amazing, right on the corner of Grand Rue. The only thing I be aware of is that the spiral staircase has vry narrow steps and was quite slippery as it was wooden and we were all very wary when walking down it especially the little ones.
