Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too.

Situated at the banks of the Fecht, this property offers larger units for families. Schönes Appartement mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen, wenige Autominuten nach Colmar. Für 13€ zubuchbares gutes Frühstück, vor allem die Käse und Brotauswahl fand ich sehr gut. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna habe ich nicht genutzt, aber die Möglichkeit besteht. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Qq petites choses à revoir mais résidence agréable
Résidence charmante et idéalement placée. Nous y revenons régulièrement car nous nous y sentons vraiment bien. Un bémol sur la piscine : eau pas assez chaude et locaux très froids. Il conviendrait également de vérifier les différentes ampoules du logement avant l'arrivée des clients ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine notamment les poêles qui sont usées

조용하고 깨끗하고 편리한 레지던스
다음날 콜마르 여행을 하기 위해 도심에서 10분 정도 떨어져 있는 레지던스에 묵었습니다. 도심 외곽이어서 매우 조용하고 깨끗하고 주차 편리했습니다. 3층짜리 건물이 5개 이상 있는 큰 규모의 레지던스이고, 저희는 탑층(3층)의 한 방을 사용했습니다. 작은 거실과 주방, 침실, 욕실로 이루어져 있고, 주방에는 전자레인지와 전기주전자, 식기세척기가 있어서 편리하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 공용으로 사용하는 수영장이 있고, 얕은 풀과 깊은 풀이 있어서 아이들이 놀기 좋고, 수영장 한쪽에는 사우나도 있습니다. 풀과 사우나는 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 조용하고 깨끗하고 주방시설 편리하고, 가족여행에 매우 추천합니다.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. In schalldichten Fenstern habe ich nichts bemerkt. Wir hatten ein Apartment direkt neben der Treppe im ersten Stock. Wenn morgens die Gäste zum Frühstück gingen, sind wir alleine vom Treppengang der Leute aufgewacht. Das Apartment macht auf den ersten Blick einen sauberen Eindruck. Beim genauen hinsehen bemerkt man jedoch, dass nicht gut geputzt wurde. Sonst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine (die nicht in der Beschreibung steht). Die Freundlichkeit des Personals kann verbessert werden. Der Pool ist schön für ein paar Schwimmzüge. Wenn es nicht so hellhörig wäre, würde ich wahrscheinlich wieder kommen.
