"We had a great time! The house was tiny but somehow still had plenty of room for all 10 of us! The squirrel that hangs on a swing in the kitchen was the highlight of the weekend."

"The amenities, cleanliness, decorative nature, comfort and availability of everything from shampoo to spices and cleaning supplies were beyond expectation. The location was easily within walking distance of the Sugar Mountain ski lodge, which was a blessing both when we went to ski and to walk back too, dead dog tired. The owner is absolutely sweet, caring and great to work with. Will dedinitely be back!"

"Great house with plenty of space for everyone. Close to town and about 15 mins to Blowing Rock. Would stay here again. "

"Great location to slopes. However, no trash receptacles to put trash in outside. There were bags of trash left from the previous guests in the bathroom and bedroom with nasty stinky diapers, which we had to take their trash and ours, drive to the nearest community dumpster and unload it, and of course the gate is locked on Sundays."

"We had a great short trip to the mountains! Our kids loved playing in the snow on. The side and back yard. It’s a great house with lots of space for everyone. Our kids particularly enjoyed the garage hangout area. "

"I can’t say enough about our stay!!! The house was extremely clean and has a lot of space! Extremely close to the slopes which was a huge plus for us! Owners are easy to get a hold of and are very kind. The worst thing about our stay is that we had to leave. We will definitely be back! "

"House was super clean on arrival and check in process explained everything!! This house is perfect for a family or friend weekend! Although the snow stopped us from building a fire outside, we sure enjoyed the hot tub and the inside fireplace!!! I would give this place 10 stars on location!! Straight in the middle of Blowing Rock and Boone!! Very convenient!! Would recommend staying here!! "

"Just WOW! The photos just don't do this house justice. We were completely blown away by the views, the amenities, the quality of all the finishings. Every bedroom is unique but so comfortable. We had 19 adults staying in the house but its so large you felt like you could always get some peace and quiet if you wanted and there was just so much to do you would need a fortnight to enjoy it all!!! "Very nice cabin for a long weekend with friends. The hot tub was the perfect way to wrap up a day of hiking. Very spacious! The hotel style toiletries is a very nice touch. "
