"We absolutely loved this property! It was clean, very cute, and plenty of room for all of us. The only thing I wish was different is that there's not a direct walk out to the hot tub. In nicer weather, it wouldn't be an issue, but we had a very cold, windy, snowy night, so walking down the outside stairs wasn't ideal. Still, everything else was perfect!!!"

"We had a great time at this property :). It was very spacious, clean, and had beautiful mountain views! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. We were there when some snow came through, which cause us to end our trip a night early. The roads leading up to the house are windy, so if you’re staying during a weather event, I would highly recommend 4WD.Thanks for having us!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Knob Hill Chalet. The hosts were always quick to respond to any inquiries and communication. The property was as expected, with fantastic views of the mountains and wildlife. We were convenient to skiing, restaurants, Grandfather Mountain, and more. The kitchen supplies (pots, pans, cutting board, and odds & ends) could maybe use some updating, but I’m nitpicking here. House had everything we needed and more. Would certainly stay again."

"The basic layout/amenities of this house are great! However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The kitchen counters were dirty and sticky. The sheets on one of the bed were jot clean and had hair in it. There were wrappers and a medicine tube left under the nightstand in a bedroom. I made numerous attempts to contact Vacasa (through VRBO) and got responses that I would hear something regarding a refund on cleaning fee ASAP. After 4 days I am still waiting. I had to clean the kitchen and...

"The house could have been cleaner. I did have good communication with the host. I liked having a separate living spaces so that the teenagers had their own space. Make sure you read the amenities. I did not realize that there was not AC that’s my fault for not reading thoroughly. Definitely had to go out and buy some fans. Beautiful view!"
