We were still able to park 4 vehicles, it was just a little tight. There is a large table in the dining area, so the table in the kitchen made up for there not being a lot of counter space. "We were in town for our son to tour App State in July. It happened to be an absolute downpour of a weekend and we were still able to enjoy the hot tub, outdoor movie screen and there was plenty of comfortable interior space. The grilling deck and fire pit on the top deck looked awesome but we didn’t get to use. "The basic layout/amenities of this house are great! However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The kitchen counters were dirty and sticky. The sheets on one of the bed were jot clean and had hair in it. There were wrappers and a medicine tube left under the nightstand in a bedroom. I made numerous attempts to contact Vacasa (through VRBO) and got responses that I would hear something regarding a refund on cleaning fee ASAP. After 4 days I am still waiting. I had to clean the kitchen and...
