"We had a great stay! The house is tucked away in the trees with a creek in the back but only 5 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock. There is plenty of space and a great hot tub. Our dogs loved exploring and meeting the friendly neighbor dog. We needed a relaxing weekend getaway and this was the perfect place!"

"This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful cabin. Everything was cozy and comfortable. Location is the best. Lovely short drives to Blowing Rock, Valle Cruicis, Banner Elk and of course downtown Boone. Even the grocery store and restaurants are close by. Staying at the cabin itself was perfect to relax and unplugg from everyday life. The owner is very prompt and courteous with communicating. I hope to return again! "

"We started out as two, then four(Two Girls). youngest was proposed to at RRR Todd Tree Farm( still together with two kids).Oldest daughter(42) with her girls and her better half. Come in on the day before Thanksgiving. Eat Drink & be Merry. Daniel; Boone Restaurant for breakfast Saturday morning, then off to find our trees. "Great spot in the woods! We enjoyed our time in this home. We went up with teenagers for a college tour and we had plenty of room to stretch out. We also enjoyed the hot tub after walking around Boone for the day. We cooked dinner every night and had everything we needed. Would love to come back in the summer when we can sit out on the deck for morning coffee. 10 out of 10 recommend."

"Beautiful cabin tucked away in the woods. We (especially our children) enjoyed exploring the trails and creek on the property. The owners had a big collection of games, board games, toys & trinkets for all ages, as well as a huge collection of books & DVDs you can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into their vacation rental! Our favorite part was the downstairs game room! We enjoyed our stay so much and plan to return in the future! "

"Arriving at Trail’s End is such a treat. The little cottage is nestled in at the end of the drive with beautiful rhododendron and rocks and a little creek on site. The back bedroom is a cozy cabin-like room with a very comfortable bed. The trails were fun to explore. Also really enjoyed the Paddy’s Creek trail in Lake James State Park and Fonta Flora brewing (whipporwil farm location) was fantastic. This is a really lovely place. "Cozy cabin with a touch of rustic and vintage atmosphere. We loved stay here and enjoyed the comfort the house was offering to our family of 5 with our small dog. Good position to visit the area around. Shelley was always available and very responsive to ours needs.Recommend."

"Love the seclusion and quietness of the property, beautiful views. I had a few problems with some dirty pots that were left. We had to clean before using. The place was also freezing cold and we were not able to adjust the temperature limited cell service up here so we’re not able to contact the property owners other than those few glitches it was a beautiful stay"
