"The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

"Such an idyllic place. The house was spotlessly ckean, with everything we needed. There was plenty outside space, and swimming pool. We were staying there while we went to the Andrea Bocelli concert, our host, Alessandro, was fantastic, picking us up from the railway station and taking us to the concert, nothing was too much trouble He responded to questions and e mails, very quickly I would certainly recommend this place. We only stayed for a night but would have really enjoyed spending longer...

"Everything was great. Clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the leaning tower. Street was under construction and a bit tight, but I just followed the flow of the locals and managed just fine. I was even close enough to walk to the terminal. Had a wonderful experience & everything was communicated very well!"

"It was a very nice accommodation. The stuff was the whole time very friendly. The apartment was big and very nice. Perfect if you travel with dogs. Food and drinks was good at the poolbar. What I didn’t like was that you have to pay if you want to use the pool area. "

"I stayed for 4 nights with my mum and son the apartment is very clean and in a very convenient location for the train station and supermarket also the tower and restaurants are very close by we had a really lovely time staying here I found it slightly noisy with traffic being located near to a busy road but it isnt a problem I would recommend staying here . "This is a wonderful place to stay while in Livorno. The hosts are stellar. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are filled with amenities usually not found in the VRBOs I have been in. We lost our accommodations in Venice due to water damage and could not find another comparable location of an affordable price due to it being so short notice. We chose Livorno, it being close to Florence which was our next stop. What a good decision it was! I can not say enough good things about...

"When you need a vacation to feel like a vacation, Palaia is the place go. You become a local when you stay here. You get up in the morning to the ring of the beautiful bell tower. Then go down the La Chicca, the local cafe/gelateria to have your morning coffee, followed by strolling though the local shops, or having dinner at the wonderful family restaurants like Antica Farmacia or Bacciomeo. or you can just swing by LaCivetta and grab a pizza to go.
