"Perfect overnight stay. "

"I stayed in the Rosslea as I was attending a business meeting the next day. Firstly I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues could be an issue. The room itself was adequate but would benefit from a revamp. The tv was ancient but perfectly useable. The bed was 2 pushed together so was a little strange when sleeping. The breakfast was really good and was included with the stay. Overall I had a pleasant stay."

"Nice hotel, well decorated only negative is when we checked in we were told Sunday breakfast is between 8-10. We went to breakfast at 9:30 where there was not much left and advised breakfast finishes at 9:30. Although we got fresh tea and a couple of fresh pastries. We did feel a little bit of an annoyance at the start. However worth the stay."

"Stayed at the duck bay on 2 occasions 1st time i was in a roo that walk out thought patio doors to the loch which was nice and so was the room . Second time wasnt the same outcome i was in the room next to reception and was awoke at 6am with deliveries ceah banfmf wallop of cages and engine running cab doors slaming . Bur wouldnt put me off staying here ."
