"This was our second time staying here. The location is great if you just want to step out into downtown. However, the upstairs neighbors had a very loud party the first night we stayed that lasted until 2am. In addition, the security deposit is excessive. They charge your card 1500$ when you book and it took 2 weeks after we left to get the refund. "This 39 acres is so delightful to explore. Everyday we would experience a morning walk to a pond and then further on to a lovely walk in the woods with the sound of the running creek. "Home was clean and comfortable for our family. Between the deck, hot tub, main kitchen, sitting area, and lower tv room, there were plenty of spaces for people to hang out. Families with small children will want to take care with the stairs to the lower level - we just made sure to keep an eye on the kiddos. Host had great communication and really made a difference in our stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the grocery store is not far off. We enjoyed our time here and hope to be back. "
