"Even though the carpets were worn the room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us into our room and hour early when we got there. There is no air conditioning so opening the window is the only way to get cool air. There is currently a large construction project behind the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in."

"Perfect for our needs. Room with 4 beds was perfect for teens. Super close to multiple breakfast spots and the underground as well as bus stops. Room was clean. Shower was excellent. Would have liked more space to store items and luggage. Also would have appreciated an ice machine, water fountain, air conditioning and American wash cloths. Staff was super attentive. "

"The front desk was extremely helpful as was a seamless check in and return of security deposit. The hotel is very clean and extremely convenient for walking the city and exploring. We felt very safe as there were nights when we were at shows that did not get out until after 10 PM and we walked back to the room. What absolutely book again."
