"Fantastic property. 16 of us for a family birthday. Lots of different spaces so we werent on top of each other all the time. The teens really enjoyed the games room. It was also great having all of us round the huge dining table. Location is ideal so we walked in to Galashiels and also in to tweedbank , no need to get in the car. "

"The property was situated in a small hamlet about a 10 minute drive from Kelso. The accommodation was beautiful and spacious with everything you might need. Beds comfy, sofa not so much. We used a local taxi and got a takeaway delivered one night. Lovely accommodation in a quiet aetting. "

"Well presented, well designed property. Really bright and spacious. Very comfy beds. We loved the hot tub and the location. The only slight niggles - a couple of the dining room chairs were very wobbly and the front of the dishwasher kept coming detached. These were not big problems though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a lovely stay in this very well equipped and comfortable cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Situated in a quiet area within walking distance of Budle Bay, it was easy to get to many places on the coast and we enjoyed a lot of long walks admiring the beaches and scenery, visiting Lindisfarne and even taking a train from Berwick to Edinburgh for the day! We would definitely recommend staying here if you like the quiet countryside in a comfortable self...
