"Staff was very helpful! So nice to be met at the train station and get help with our bags up the steep hill to the hotel which is located at the cry top, quite near the thermal springs. The hotel connected us with a guide who met us the afternoon before our visit to Machu Picchu for a briefing. He helped us get cash and our bus ticket for the last leg to Machu Picchu, in addition to pointing out where we could get the Machu Picchu stamp for our passports. The hotel staff gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner - Chullos by the train tracks."
