"I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of the staff and the outstanding hospitality. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the heart of Aguas Calientes with easy walking access to the train station, the bus stop for Machu Picchu, and delightful food and cafes nearby. This prime location made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff truly went above and beyond, even assisting us with picking up our luggage from the station to the hotel. Considering there are no taxis or Uber in Aguas Calientes when traveling to Machu Picchu, their assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with very useful information, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. While we didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, it was adequate for the city and location. Although there is room for improvement, the service was very family-friendly, which we appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, though it felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. However, the excellent service provided by the staff more than compensated for this, making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Overall, we loved our stay and appreciate the wonderful experience. Thank you for making our visit to Aguas Calientes memorable. We look forward to returning in the future."

"Gorgeous view from the big window! Hot water with high pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed, good service, we were able to check in early bc had to rush to our bus to Machu Picchu. The hotel is situated in the center of the town, next to the bridge and the bus line, few minutes walk to the train station. There are many restaurants nearby, people are up on streets late, but its a downside of being in the center, close to everything. We absolutely loved staying there, will do again if come to town!"

"Great place to stay before seeing Machu Picchu. We enjoyed the view of the river, and since we were facing the back, didn’t have any noise issues from the train. We appreciated the early and hearty breakfast, and the staff were kind enough to let us hang out for awhile after checkout while we waited for our train. "

"Very port property with open structure. Staff were super nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delish- full continental including hot eggs to order. They packed breakfast for us each day for our hikes. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Lounge area was comfortable. Just a great stay. Would recommend. "

"Great place to splurge for a night. We ended up having an "all inclusive" experience. (Food and drink.) Which helped make it feel more "worth it". At the end of the day it is a lot of money for one night, and I bet you could do pretty well in Aguas Calientes for a fraction of the cost and the only real difference is you've gotta take a 20 min bus ride up to Machu Picchu. All that said, the hotel is nice, the staff were wonderful and it was comfortable and clean. It's really up to the individual as to whether or not it's "worth it." "
