"We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping...

"This has always been my goto hotel in South Mumbai. Quiet, convenient, great service and pleasant rooms. The Niumad (sp?) at the Business Centre was extremely helpful with our need for shipping and packaging of stuff. Till next time. Albeit, some confusion as i has settled full bill the night before, early morning i was asked to settle for an additional breakfast which they had seemed to has an error in their system. I refuses to pay as all bills were settled. Their error. A bit surprising....

"Very small rooms with serious damp throughout the room, washroom and hall to the rooms. We only stayed 2 nights and on leaving we could feel the moisture setting into our backpacks and clothing inside. We paid for an AC room but everytime we wanted to use the air conditioning we had to go to reception and ask them to put on for us as they switch it off at the mains to suit them. Also when we first checked in we asked the staff to help us with booking our onward transport and this was great....
