"I will say this place is great to start! Good size, clean, had all the amenities needed to get going and whatever you need last minute there is a store/cafe (Enjoy cafe) on the 1st floor. Very convenient! There was an issue with the bathroom on one of the days and Alec was at the door within a half hour and on top of it. Which was a game changer! turned the mood and the vibe around very quickly! So all in and all the place was great, but the owner went above and beyond and that made everything...

"The place is in a great location. Loved the amenities. The host was so helpful, friendly and responsive. The checkin and check out was so smooth. The only complaint is that the apt is a little run down. Chips, cracks, marks, tears and rips everywhere. The apt has definitely been well loved. "

"The stay was great. Very wonderful. The only small little challenge we did have was with a coffee maker. We could not seem to locate the unique type of coffee pods that are called for. We went to two or three different stores and couldn’t find them. Other than that, everything was great."

"Went to the Orange Bowl Thursday night stayed out by the stadium. We then took a quick Uber ride over to the VRBO on Friday. Got there before check in and although we could not check in yet, they were very friendly and took our bags and gave us access to the amenities. Entire staff was very friendly the whole weekend!!! "This penthouse unit had an amazing view of the ocean and the balcony faced sun from dawn until dusk which is exactly what we were looking for! Communication with Jessica was prompt and smooth. The building was very safe and quiet however the condo was very dated. Scuff marks and paint chipping everywhere. The walls need a good scrub down and paint job. Unfortunately, one lamp in our bedroom was broken, the closet light worked occasionally and the safety lock box was broken. All this was...

"We had a very nice time in this condo. Clean and comfortable. It is a long walk to the beach but through a very nice neighborhood. Nice patio. Quiet. "

"Place was perfect for us. Had no issues. Clean and everything as described. There were even extra beach towels and some beach toys for the kids. Master bath layout is a bit strange but glad it had a washer dryer. Balcony is great and the location is perfect at end of the building closest to the ocean."
