"The home was lovely and had a beautiful view. The only suggestion we have for the owner is, they need to place skid proof strips on bridge (very slippery when wet), and raise the short railing higher so someone would not fall over railing. The only problem was the small sugar ants and the red biting ants that plagued us the entire time. We had to keep all our food in the refrigerator. They need to get a exterminator to come often to eliminate this annoying problem. We bought our own bug...

"We had such a wonderful time staying at this house. It was gorgeous! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the living spaces were comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, the pool and outdoor area was SO awesome, and the workout room was so great to have. Kevin was so helpful and quick to respond and Maria was maybe the best part! :) Her breakfasts were so good and she took such good care of us. We'd go back in a heartbeat."

"Cons: The road to the property was very unsafe and full of potholes, luckily we had rented an SUV but if it was a sedan I'm not sure we would have made it. When we first arrived the property was very musty and smelled like urine. Luckily this smell went away after turning on the AC. Water pressure was inconsistent and the temperature was variable in the shower. Pros: short distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Pool was clean and good temperature. Secure location. Enough room for all 6...

"We had a great overnight in Coco. The check in was a little confusing. I sent a message to the property via the app (as directed) as soon as we landed but didn't hear any reply. We showed up and because there is a gate at the property it took us a few minutes to find a way in. Once we met with the hostess on site there were no issues. Coco is a fantastic little town...a lot like a small version of Tamarindo. We had a great time and look forward to coming back."

"to be honest the keys barely work and it's just a little bit rough with the parking. you have to use a key and then there's like a gate and then with the door it's very rough. but honestly it's amazing service. the girl in the leasing office is awesome and I do think it's a great place. there's only one pool though. they say there's six but you have to walk to different places so be careful with that. it's a little tough to get to and stuff but it is a nice place overall"

"The property was beautiful.The tropical flowers throughout were amazing, the staff were very friendly and served very good breakfasts The only negative is on booking it sounded like the walk to town was a short distance, and it turned out to be around 20 minutes or more. The fact that it rained for the five days there didn't help, made it that much more difficult to do anything.Fatima was sweet and very helpful."

"My husband and I have stayed in this area five times and explored a variety of rental locations at different price points, but this one is hands down the winner. It's not always easy to find a rental that lives up to its description, but this one exceeds expectations! The floor plan is thoughtfully laid out, each room is bright, clean, and comes with an en suite bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous, and they've equipped it with all the perfect amenities. We will definitely be back!"

Absolutely fantastic!

"My husband and I loved our stay at this condo! It was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, well maintained, and steps to the beach. The owner, Sonny, was helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations and allowed us to check in early with no hassles. The property manager, Luis, came to find us when we arrived and were lost, two blocks away. (Completely our fault). There was a welcome basket of fruit and binders full of interesting information and ideas. We loved it so much that we have already recommended it to friends and family. Would definitely recommend it to anyone."
