"Absolutely awful customer service. The owner tried to shake me down for $41 dollars in Costa Rica money even though I had already paid online by credit card. The she told me I had to check in at the sister property in playa Coco. It was hard enough to find this place. It too me a total of 1 hour to check on. Then there is no WiFi in the rooms, so I had to sit outside of the office just to get online. The best things were the cold AC, the proximity to the beach, and the free parking. I would give this place a huge miss because of the customer service and the price. Should be $15 per night if you are desperate."

"Our stay was amazing. The pools, staff, security, grounds and condo was awesome. There were a few minor things that didn’t work in our condo, but overall great. The bed was very comfortably. It was peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Definitely 2 thumbs up. "

The proximity to amenities allowed us to enjoy the pool, access to the gym, pickleball, beach and town. Alex, the property manager, was the icing on the cake. "It was a relaxing hide-away and convenient loacation with lots of shopping, groceries, and beaches nearby. We were within walking distance of excursion pickups. It was easy to use a base location for our travels in the area too. The pool, just before sundown, was our days end ritual to relax. "
