"We stayed here just before Christmas and had a wonderful time! This small, family-friendly resort was perfect for our needs. The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. Upon arrival, we encountered a small issue with the toilet overflowing, but maintenance and housekeeping promptly came to the rescue. They handled it efficiently, put us at ease, and when we returned from the beach, everything had been thoroughly cleaned up. Breakfast was included, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a variety each day, featuring gallo pinto, eggs, sausage, fruit, and more. It was a great way to start our mornings. The premises also had security staff who were super friendly and provided excellent suggestions on places to visit and areas to avoid, which we really appreciated. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort for its great service, welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities."

"I loved this hotel! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, secure, close to the beach, away from the noisy downtown yet only a short walk to everything. The grounds and pool area are beautiful, so well maintained and wow, the flowers! The staff are so polite and helpful; they made arrangements for airport transportation and fabulous recommendations for excursions and dining. I appreciated the little touches and attention to detail - even the toilet paper looked pretty. My room had a full kitchen, air conditioning, even a ceiling fan. Upgrades had been made to the bathroom fixtures. I exchanged emails with Fatima and she ensured my stay went smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"First off, if you don’t read any further, just know this is an incredible property with only a handful of rooms and a few steps to the beach. The dining area is overlooking the waves and every staff member goes out of their way to make your vacation memorable. That being said, here were the surprises. Nothing that’s a dealbreaker, but just unexpected. There are less than 10 rooms for the entire property, so the guest noise is quite minimal. That said, the rooms literally exit into the dining area. You can be woken in the morning to the sound of chairs, tables, and silverware moving. If you open your curtain, you will be face to face with employees or others eating. The walk along the beach from the hotel to the Main Street is a gorgeous start to every morning. Overall, we are quite happy we stayed here. "

"We have been blessed to vacation in many places, and its rare to have a property exceed your expectations. The house is exactly as described - spacious, thoughtfully designed and well equipped with all that is needed to cook and entertain. The bedrooms provided an amazing view while ensuring privacy for all guests, and the comfort of the beds (often overlooked even in luxury properties) rivaled that of our one at home. Communication with Al, the property manager was easy and ensured that all our needs and questions were responded to promptly. He also provided excellent suggestions for tours and restaurants as well as local sites. We would highly recommend the home. "

"We took our 4 teenagers to Costa Rica for Christmas. Casa Napoleon was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. The home is located inside of a gated community with 24 hour security and a guard shack which made us feel safe and at ease. The beach club access was an awesome perk - food and drinks were great, as was the beach. Our concierge was wonderful and went above and beyond, even assisting with retuning a cell phone we left in an Uber! Through Zindis, we hired a chef for our first and last night and it 1000% made our stay here perfect! Chef to Go and staff were incredible! My kids raved about the food and I am still thinking about it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Lastly, Coco is a great place to stay and serves as an excellent “base camp” with access to many different types of “adventure” within an hour or two of here, yet you get to enjoy the more predictable and warm, sunny weather of Guanacaste. We saw monkeys in the trees just outside the back door on our last day there, and you truly cannot beat the view!! We can’t wait to visit Costa Rica again! Pura Vida! "

"Conveniently located in the center of village steps to coco beach. Couldn’t ask more from a location standpoint. Friendly staff, easy to communicate and ready to help. Facilities are a bit old and needs an upgrade, faucet was broken and spilling water sideways. Other than that, we had a awesome stay at this place"
