Friendly staff, super clean room and common areas. The staff was wonderful! Tika was the front desk staff who checked us in and she was amazing! The hottub was very clean and peaceful! "We had a work function in downtown Eugene and decided to get a room instead of going home. We were met with a very welcoming hello. Check in was fast and we were shown to very nice room. Breakfast is included with your stay. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and warm. The food and coffee were very good. Great stay all in all."

"Went for my son’s birthday. Got in late Friday night. The check-in was very smooth and the employee working was extremely helpful by Ensuring we had enough blankets/pillows and towels. While also explaining breakfast hours, wifi password, and even assisted us to our room. We were on an end room, just above the breakfast area. I don’t think it was a very busy weekend (I could be wrong of course) but we heard no noise at all out in the hallway. Definitely would stay again! Thank you so much! ❤️"
