"We were the only ones on the property so it was quiet. This beautiful old house is designed with bicycle storage and has a full kitchen, but no TV. The bed was quite comfortable and the bath/shower/tub were nice. We enjoyed our stay. "

I would definitely stay here again, but I would use the downstairs bed rather than the loft next time - the loft stairs are too small to be accessible to many adults. "Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year."
