"Great hotel for a quick visit to Lisbon. Hotel is clean, rooms are good, breakfast is great and the reception staff are friendly. Just had an issue with the room not cleaned when we got back late at night but the receptionist sorted out fresh towels for us. "

"Great location, staff were amazing, always willing to help in any way. The only disappointment was the very slow breakfast service. My breakfast took 40 minutes - there was only one server and he was doing his best, but couldn't keep up with the demand. "

"The location, staff and property are all fantastic ! It’s an easy walk to the main shopping and dining areas . The rooms were very clean and simple. The one drawback is that each room has a really strong green light in it which , I assume is the exit light . In the dorm rooms it’s not an issue on the lower bunks as you have a bed above you and privacy curtains. On the upper bunk and private rooms it’s a real issue so make sure you have an eye mask .
