"We had a great stay here for New Year's Eve! It was only a 5 minute walk to the party at The Main Hotel and a lot less expensive than the other downtown hotels. The room was very clean and in good condition. However, the staff members (front desk and valet employees) made our stay really great! We had a friend meeting us just to go to the party at The Main. When we asked at the front desk for the location of the nearest public garage to let her know the best place to park, they offered to let her valet park at the hotel for free! I would definitely stay here again. "

"The view was magnificent, the room was a little tight but it was comfortable. I would have been nice to have a high-boy in the bathroom... the kids loved it... and the staff was wonderful!! "

"We stayed the Hilton Historic Powhatan for a five day family vacation. The property was easy to find and check in went smoothly. Our room was upgraded. The property is huge with multiple water features, walking/running paths, playground, mini golf, and other outdoor activities. Our unit was a second floor two bedroom with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen was clean and functional and had all the essential cooking items you would need. The on premise coffee house was very convenient to grab a cup in the morning after a run/walk. The resort is located near lots of shopping and easily accessible to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. A few areas to improve upon- the units are a bit dated and the furniture in the living room area is not the most comfortable. The bath towels were nice, but would be nice if they provided more towels per unit. Overall we had a wonderful stay and plan to stay again and recommend the property to family and friends. "

"Very nice hotel with lots of space. Unfortunately, we could hear much of the conversation, noise, music, etc. from other rooms. Restaurant should have remained open New Year's Eve for folks who needed a bite to eat. Lighted makeup mirror in bathroom. No good place provided to apply makeup anywhere in the room. "

"Loved the townhouse option to accommodate 7 people on three floors. Note that the three bedrooms share only 2 bathrooms and one of the floors had no bathroom. Therefore, that floor was not suitable for a senior couple who ended up staying in the open-space, sleeping on the opened couch on a floor which had a bathroom, shared with the bedroom on that floor."

"I loved the front desk staff politeness and patience. The one compliant I have is whoever was in the unit above the unit my wife and I was in, we could hear stomping/ hard walking most of the time when we were trying to sleep. My wife even called the front desk and told the person on duty about the disturbance, yeah who walks that hard in a hotel?"

"Outdated but a great price for the amount of space. Too cold to use amenities but seemed like it would be a nice place to visit in the summer. Overall would definitely stay again"
