"This property is well maintained. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath room and it was beautiful. Don’t forget that there is a resort fee. They will try to pressure you into a time share. The person that we spoke with just wouldn’t take no for an answer so be prepared for that. Other than that, our 6 day stay was just perfect."

"The location is perfect for exploring Colonial Williamsburg. We walked with no problem, but there is also a free bus service if you need it. The surrounding area is quiet, but the rooms are NOT soundproofed at all. We were saying God bless you when the people next door sneezed. The food was decent, but not spectacular, and very overpriced (expected for hotel dining). Front desk staff were great!"

"We were in the area to introduce our grandson to early Colonial life and government. When we went down for breakfast, there was a group of students (who were well behaved). My husband asked the attendent for oil spray for the waffle maker. She said, "It doesn't need oil." My husband replied, "The waffle is sticking and not coming off the machine."
