"Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. "

We didn’t try the food at other meal times. There was a full bar which was reasonably priced. Lift to all floors. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, especially the waitress at breakfast, unfortunately I don’t recall her name...
